1. Service Overview

SoundMelt is a web service that uses AI to add ASMR and Foley sound effects to silent videos. By using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Account Registration

Using SoundMelt requires signing in with a Google account. By completing registration, you agree to these terms.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not use SoundMelt to:

• Upload or generate adult or sexually explicit content
• Use the service for content that infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights
• Use the service to create, promote, or distribute illegal content
• Upload or generate content that violates laws or public order
• Infringe on the portrait rights or privacy of third parties
• Attempt unauthorized access or place excessive load on the service
• Resell or redistribute the service for commercial purposes
• Engage in any other activity deemed inappropriate by the operators

4. Content Ownership

Copyright of content you upload and generate belongs to you. SoundMelt processes and stores content only to the extent necessary to provide the service. Input videos are deleted immediately after AI processing; generated files are auto-deleted after 30 days.

5. Usage Limits

Each plan has a monthly generation limit. If you exceed the limit, no further generations are available until the following month. Limits are subject to change without prior notice.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees regarding the quality or accuracy of AI-generated results. The operators are not liable for damages caused by service interruption, changes, or termination.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as necessary. Updated terms take effect when posted on the service.
